Services

BlueServ provides customer communication, appointment scheduling, analytics, notifications, and related business automation tools for home-service businesses.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining authorized access to connected services, reviewing appointments and communications generated by BlueServ, and complying with applicable laws.

Third-Party Services

BlueServ may integrate with third-party services including Google Calendar, Twilio, Retell AI, and hosting providers. BlueServ is not responsible for outages, interruptions, or limitations caused by third-party providers.

Availability

While we strive for reliable service, BlueServ does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Acceptable Use

Customers may not use BlueServ for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or transmit harmful or fraudulent content.

Fees

Subscription fees and usage-based charges, when applicable, are due according to the selected plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueServ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform. Customers may discontinue use of the service at any time.
