BlueServ customers may request deletion of their account data, call records, appointment information, and related service data.

How To Request Deletion

What May Be Deleted

Depending on the request and legal requirements, deletion may include call summaries, customer contact information, appointment records, calendar-related data, analytics records, and stored account information.

Processing Time

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal, security, operational, and recordkeeping requirements.

Third-Party Services

Some data may also exist within connected third-party services such as Google Calendar, Twilio, or Retell AI. Customers may need to manage or delete data directly within those platforms as well.
